We worked on this project for the cafe area of The Standard Hotel’s High Line location. I made cupcakes, frosted them, and sprinkled them. I also made fake hot chocolate, cream, and whipped cream. I copper leafed saucers and cups. I also designed the piping and executed it on the large gingerbread house. I also helped install this project.
